Dr. Marc Scheiner is board-certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, and electrophysiology. He received his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then completed a residency in internal medicine at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. Dr. Scheiner completed two separate fellowships, one in cardiovascular diseases at the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center and the other in cardiac electrophysiology at Weill Cornell University Medical College. Dr. Scheiner is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology. He maintains affiliations with the American Heart Association, the American Medical Association, the Middlesex County Medical Society, and the New Jersey Medical Society.

Chaya D. Wilhelm, FNP-BC, is a skilled healthcare professional with dual licensure in the U.S. and Israel and holds a board certification through the ANCC. She graduated with honors from Laniado-Ruppin Academic Center in Netanya, Israel, where she completed a residency in the Pulmonary ICU at Laniado Hospital. She returned to join Chemed during the Pademic of 2020 and subsequently completed her MSN degree and Family Nurse Practitioner program at Monmouth University. She currently specializes in cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.
As a clinician, she emphasizes empowering individuals to take ownership of their health and is committed to providing compassionate and quality care for the community.
She is fluent in both Hebrew and English.

Dr. Harold Weiss, MD is a distinguished dermatologist who earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate Medical School, followed by a residency in internal medicine at Brookdale Hospital. He then specialized in dermatology, completing his residency at Cornell University - New York Hospital. Dr. Weiss is board-certified in dermatology and dermatological surgery and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.

Dr. Mark B. Zimering is a compassionate endocrinologist with over 38 years of experience specializing in diabetes and metabolism. Practicing in New Jersey, he is committed to providing personalized care that ensures each patient feels understood and supported. A graduate of Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Zimering is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology, and he has made significant contributions to the field through numerous peer-reviewed research articles. His dedication to patient well-being and his warm approach make him a trusted partner in health.

Hinda Burstein, MS, RDN-AP, CDN, BC-ADM, CDCES, is a dedicated nutritionist providing medical nutrition therapy at CHEMED, specializing in eating disorders, diabetes management, and nutrition-related illnesses. Currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Neuropsychology at Fielding Graduate University, she maintains an impressive GPA of 4.096. Hinda brings extensive clinical experience, offering individual therapy and crisis intervention at Jewish Family Services, where she also leads workshops on self-compassion and body image. Her research on preventing eating disorders in Orthodox female adolescents reflects her commitment to addressing complex health issues within specific communities. By integrating her expertise in nutrition and psychology, Hinda approaches care with empathy, focusing on fostering resilience and personal growth.

Shmuel Rosenberg (DCN, MS, RDN, CDCES, CNSC) is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist. He holds a doctorate in clinical nutrition, and specialty certifications in diabetes care and education and nutrition-support. His patients present with metabolic disorders such as diabetes, prediabetes, gestational diabetes, obesity, fatty liver, or high cholesterol. His practice covers adolescents to older adults. His approach emphasizes patient dignity, respect for cultural preferences, personalized nutrition plans, and shared decision-making. He deeply recognizes social determinants of health, and his own professional role in a continuum of care.

Dr. Singer brings forty years of private and sub-acute Podiatric experience to CHEMED's Specialty Department. A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Singer is skilled at the diagnosis and treatment of foot and ankle conditions.

Mark Stempler, DPM, Diplomate, ABFAS Certified in Foot Surgery, is a highly experienced podiatrist who graduated with honors from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. He has been in private practice until joining CHEMED in September 2023. Dr. Stempler offers comprehensive podiatric care for a variety of conditions, including the surgical treatment of warts, cysts, and foreign bodies. His patient-centered approach emphasizes trust and convenience , ensuring that all receive tailored treatment as if they were family.

Dr. Mordechai Hastings, graduated from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1990 and is board certified through the ABMSP in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Foot Wounds. Dr. Hastings served in private practice until joining CHEMED in November 2015. He treats a wide variety of condition and all ages. Dr. Hastings is passionate about treating his patients with the care, concern, and expertise as if they are his own family.

Dr. Eliyahu Fuchs, MD, FACP, is a seasoned gastroenterologist with expertise in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Therapeutic Endoscopy. He earned his MD from the University of Toronto and completed advanced fellowships in gastroenterology, hepatology, and therapeutic endoscopy. Board-certified in Gastroenterology, Dr. Fuchs has held leadership roles, including Chief of Gastroenterology at the Medical Institute of New Jersey, and has contributed to academic medicine at both the University of Connecticut and Tufts University. He is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while incorporating the latest advancements in the field, with a strong interest in medical ethics.

Dr. Ian Marshall, MD, is a pediatric endocrinologist specializing in the management of pediatric endocrine disorders, including those related to the adrenal and ovarian glands, growth, puberty, bone health, calcium, and vitamin D. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cape Town in South Africa before completing his internship and residency at Schneider Children's Hospital in New Hyde Park, NY. Dr. Marshall further honed his expertise during a fellowship at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. With extensive training and experience, he is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of children facing complex endocrine conditions. His clinical interests include diagnosing and treating disorders of growth and development, as well as metabolic and bone-related endocrine disorders in pediatric patients.

Dr. Alexander Schosheim, MD, is a compassionate physician dedicated to delivering evidence-based care while actively involving patients and their families in the decision-making process. His clinical interests focus on functional abdominal pain disorders, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), constipation, celiac disease, and inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn?s and ulcerative colitis. Dr. Schosheim earned his medical degree from St. George?s University School of Medicine in Grenada, followed by residency training at St. Peter?s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. He then completed a fellowship at Stony Brook University Hospital in Stony Brook, NY, where he further honed his expertise in gastroenterology. Dr. Schosheim is committed to providing personalized care aimed at improving the quality of life for patients with complex gastrointestinal conditions.

Dr. Genevieve Gabriel is a child neurologist and epileptologist and Director of Pediatric Clinical Neurophysiology at the Bristol-Myers Squibb Children?s Hospital at RWJUH. She is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Prior to coming to RWJMS, she was an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences where she also practiced child neurology and epilepsy at the Arkansas Children?s Hospital for three years. During her time in Arkansas Children?s Hospital, she developed hospital protocols for the treatment of infantile spasms and status epilepticus. Her work in infantile spasms lead to several abstract and poster presentations to national meetings. Dr. Gabriel graduated with honors (cum laude) from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her medical degree from the same university. Her clinical training in pediatrics was at Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York. She then went on to complete residency in child neurology and fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn. She is board certified in pediatrics, child neurology, and epilepsy.

Dr. Valeriya Feygina is a pediatric nephrologist at CHEMED and is also an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Brunswick. She joined the RWJUH Transplant Team in 2017 after working at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA, where she was part of the renal transplant team. Dr. Feygina completed her three-year pediatric nephrology fellowship, including pediatric nephrology transplant training, at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Feygina's clinical interests include chronic kidney disease in children, renal replacement therapy, and renal transplantation in pediatric patients. She also has expertise in immunosuppressive and supportive therapies following kidney transplantation. Throughout her career, Dr. Feygina has contributed to the field through publications and presentations on a variety of pediatric nephrology topics.

Dr. Charles Concodora is a board-certified urologist specializing in pediatric urology, with advanced training in both general and pediatric urology. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers ? New Jersey Medical School, followed by a residency in urology at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Concodora further refined his expertise through a fellowship at Cincinnati Children?s Hospital Medical Center, one of the nation?s leading pediatric hospitals. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality urologic care for children, from simple concerns to complex conditions, and values involving parents in the decision-making process. With a philosophy centered on treating each patient as his own child, Dr. Concodora strives to make every child's medical experience as stress-free as possible for both the child and their family.
