Anna Nowinowska, MD is a seasoned Pediatric Provider, joining CHEMED with 20 years of experience as a Pediatric Emergency Room Attending Physician, primarily at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune. After graduating Medical School, Dr. Nowinowska completed a residency as Chief Resident, at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, Jersey City Medical Center, a level II trauma center.

Dr. Schwarzbaum is triple-board certified in emergency medicine, emergency medical services, and addiction medicine. He is also the newly appointed medical director of Hatzolah of Central Jersey. Dr. Schwarzbaum brings many years of expertise, knowledge, skill, and deep intelligence to his work and is renowned for his compassionate care and holistic, whole-body approach to medicine.

Dr. Sulewski is a Board Certified Emergency Medicine trained Physician who brings nearly 15 years of experience treating a variety of medical conditions and emergencies to CHEMED's Fast Track. This includes the management of orthopedic and traumatic injuries as well as infections, dehydration, and acute medical conditions; the goal being to help prevent patients from needing to visit the Emergency Department which can be quite time consuming

Kelsey Donlon is a Certified Physician Assistant with experience in Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and Emergency Medicine. After graduating from Monmouth University in 2020, she quickly established a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care and clinical expertise across various medical disciplines. In addition to clinical practice, PA Donlon contributes to the development of future healthcare professionals as an adjunct faculty member at Monmouth University, where she guides and mentors aspiring PAs. This dual role in both practice and academia allows PA Donlon to remain at the forefront of medical advancements while shaping the next generation of healthcare providers.

Jayvee Jonos-Ferrer, MSN, FNP-BC I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 23 years of nursing experience, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to patients across the lifespan, from infancy to the elderly. My nursing career began in the Emergency Department, where I spent 15 years as a staff registered nurse before advancing to my current role as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Thomas Edison State University in Trenton, NJ and completed my Master of Science in Nursing with a specialty in primary care through online education from Chamberlain University in Addison, IL. I am nationally board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

My journey in nursing also included 5 years as a nurse practitioner in the Emergency Department, where I deepened my medical knowledge while maintaining a strong foundation in nursing principles. Currently, I work full time in the Fast Track Department at CHEMED Health Center in Lakewood, NJ where I strive to keep my goal in continuing to give and provide the best care and treatment of those that I serve in the community. In my spare time, I enjoyed spending quality time with my family and friends.

Naomi Farkas, FNP-C, is a highly skilled and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. She holds a Masters of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from PACE University, and is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
With over eight years of diverse clinical experience, Naomi has honed her expertise across Internal Medicine and Fast Track care. She spent five years at the Boro Park Center, followed by many years at CHEMED, where she demonstrated her ability to provide comprehensive and efficient healthcare in dynamic settings.

PA Kronglas has been providing exceptional care for both adult and pediatric patients at CHEMED for over 10 years. Her interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build rapport with patients along with her ability to thoroughly evaluate medical histories, conduct comprehensive examinations, and formulate accurate diagnoses has made her into a very sought-after practitioner.

PA Naiman specializes in delivering exceptional care within urgent care and hospital settings. His comprehensive perspective and expertise include proficiency in administering appropriate treatment for medically unique, challenging and emergency situations. PA Naiman is also affiliated with the Emergency Room at Jersey Shore Hospital.

Vishwa Nagar, PA-C, is a veteran of fast-paced urgent and primary care settings. PA Nagar received her graduate degree from Drexel University and her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University.

I have 18 years of clinical experience as a PA and have worked in Pediatrics, family medicine and adult hematology/oncology since the start of my career as a Physician Assistant majority of which is in Pediatrics and adult hematology/oncology. I have a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from Stockton University and Master's in Physician Assistant studies from Thomas Jefferson University, formerly known as Philadelphia University. My patient's mental and physical health are of utmost importance to me and strive to do the best for each patient.

Zev Portnoy, PA-C, is an experienced physician assistant with a diverse background in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care. He began his career in a busy have ED, then transitioned to internal medicine, where he managed chronic diseases and complex health issues. Now practicing in urgent care, Zev combines his expertise in emergency and internal medicine to provide efficient, comprehensive care for a variety of conditions. Dedicated to patient-centered care, Zev continually seeks to enhance his knowledge and skills to ensure optimal health outcomes for all his patients.

Jayne Propert is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with nearly 16 years of experience in pediatric care. She holds multiple certifications, including Board Certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Bariatric Nurse. Jayne earned her Bachelor?s degrees in Kinesiology and Nursing from the University of New Hampshire and Seton Hall University, respectively, and completed her Master's in Advanced Practice Pediatric Nursing at Rutgers University. With extensive training in Pediatric Intensive Care, Emergency Medicine, and Surgery, she specializes in managing pediatric emergencies and complex illnesses. Leah Shaffren, PA-C graduated from Touro College's School of Health Sciences and is a Board Certified Physician's Assistant. With over 10 years of clinical experience, she has transitioned to CHEMED from both private practice and hospital settings. Leah is committed to providing high-quality care and ensuring the well-being of her patients.

Ricky Shah, MPAS, PA-C, MBA-HCM, is a dedicated Physician Assistant with a Master?s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Butler University, graduating in 2013. With over a decade of experience in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care, he specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries. Ricky's patient-centered approach emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and education, ensuring each patient feels heard and understood.
