Dr. Chaim Szachtel is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). He sees children, adolescents, and adults via telehealth and also offers in-person appointments. He treats a wide variety of conditions, including Depressive Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Traumatic Stress Disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Dr. Szachtel takes the time to understand each patient's unique life circumstances and works collaboratively not only with his patients but with their schools, therapists, and medical providers, as needed.

Tal Weinberger, MD is Director of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health at CHEMED Health Center in Lakewood, NJ. She came to CHEMED from her previous role of Clinical Associate Professor and Outpatient Medical Director for the Department of Psychiatry at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA, where she also maintained a secondary faculty appointment in the department of OB/GYN. Dr. Weinberger completed her undergraduate studies cum laude at Yale University and attended medical school at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She completed her psychiatry residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and a fellowship in cognitive behavioral therapy at the Center for Cognitive Therapy at the University of Pennsylvania. She volunteers as a consultant for the perinatal psychiatry consultation line for Postpartum Support International, providing consultation to providers about clinical questions in perinatal psychopharmacology. She lectures and has several publications within the field of women's mental health.

Dr. Debra Petrover is a child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from Binghamton University and graduated from medical school at the Touro College of Osteopathic medicine. She completed her residency in general psychiatry at the University of Maryland/Sheppard Pratt psychiatry program and completed a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Northwell the Zucker Hillside Hospital. Dr. Petrover is committed to providing compassionate, quality, and culturally inclusive psychiatric care to children, adolescents and adults in the community.

Leah Kelly, EdD, APN-C holds undergraduate degrees from Tufts University and the University of Maine, as well as a Master's and Doctoral Degree from Rutgers University. With extensive experience as a professor and a prescriber, she has worked in various capacities, including private practice, outpatient clinics, partial hospitalization programs, and both inpatient and outpatient settings within psychiatric hospitals.

Tzivya Kownat, APN is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and holds a license in the State of New Jersey as an Advanced Practice Nurse. She graduated from New York University with a Master's of Science in Nursing in 2011. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Thomas Edison State College. She has many years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and has worked in partial care as well as in outpatient community mental health settings, treating mental health as well as substance use disorders.

Esther takes a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on lifestyle changes and individualized care plans to improve overall well-being. She emphasizes patient-centered care and works to build strong, trusting relationships with each person. Through compassionate treatment and personalized attention, Esther helps her patients achieve long-term mental health improvements.
