We do not accept external prescriptions for lab work or imaging. If you are unsure where to have these services performed, please ask the front desk for assistance—they can provide you with a list of approved locations.

If you would like your lab work or imaging done in our office, you will need to schedule an appointment with one of our providers. During your visit, the provider will determine whether in‑house testing is appropriate and will place any necessary orders.
