Sara Zuckerman, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who graduated from Touro College School of Health Sciences in 2014. With over a decade of experience, she has practiced in internal medicine, pain management, and pediatrics across urgent care and primary care settings. Dr. Maurice Mosseri grew up in Brooklyn and attended the Yeshiva of Flatbush. He studied at Yeshiva University and earned his medical degree from SUNY Jacobs School of Medicine at Buffalo. After completing his Internal Medicine residency at Hackensack Meridian in New Jersey, he finished his Endocrinology fellowship at NYCHHC in June 2025. Dr. Mosseri is deeply committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients take an active role in their health. He is excited to serve the community with empathy, expertise, and dedication.
Nicole Danzi is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who began her career in urgent care before transitioning to the emergency room. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rutgers University and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree at the University of Cincinnati. Nicole draws on her background in acute and urgent care to provide thorough, evidence-based care to her patients.
Brittany Mauro earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Towson University in Maryland in 2010. She began her career as an Emergency Room nurse at CentraState Medical Center, where she dedicated seven years to providing critical care. Driven to expand her expertise, Brittany went on to earn her Master’s degree in Nursing from Monmouth University. For the past nine years, she has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, delivering comprehensive care to both pediatric and adult patients with compassion and skill.
Nicole Barone, FNP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgian Court University in 2013 and her Master’s as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Monmouth University in 2019. She began her healthcare career at 16 and has extensive experience in home IV therapy, seven years in the CentraState Emergency Room, and urgent care since 2019. Nicole is passionate about helping others and is dedicated to providing quality, patient-centered care. Her approach focuses on treating the whole individual and supporting overall well-being.
Simone Sebban, PA-C, is a clinician at the Fast Track at CHEMED. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rutgers University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Thomas Jefferson University. Simone began her career in family medicine and internal medicine, which built a strong foundation in continuity of care, chronic disease management, and patient education. She now draws on that experience to deliver efficient, evidence-based care in the urgent care setting. Simone is committed to lifelong learning and actively works to expand her medical expertise to better serve patients and their families.
