








Tzivya Kownat, APN is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner and holds a license in the State of New Jersey as an Advanced Practice Nurse. She graduated from New York University with a Master's of Science in Nursing in 2011. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Thomas Edison State College. She has many years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner and has worked in partial care as well as in outpatient community mental health settings, treating mental health as well as substance use disorders.

Esther Rubin holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgian Court University and is a graduate of the Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program at Wilkes University. With experience in patient care across all age groups, she specializes in treating children, adolescents, and adults with conditions like depression, anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, and ADHD. Esther takes a holistic approach to mental health, focusing on lifestyle changes and individualized care plans to improve overall well-being. She emphasizes patient-centered care and works to build strong, trusting relationships with each person. Through compassionate treatment and personalized attention, Esther helps her patients achieve long-term mental health improvements.
