If you are feeling unwell and need to see a provider, you can schedule a sick visit. If you require a well visit but are unable to transfer your records in time, you can still schedule an appointment. However, before booking, we will need the date of your last well visit. Additionally, if applicable, please bring a list of any medications you are currently taking. That said, it is important to make every effort to have your records transferred before your appointment
