Dr. Elchonon Glantz, Geriatrician, attended Rowan University/New Jersey Institute for Successful Aging where he completed his Residency in Family Medicine and Fellowship in Geriatrics. Dr Glantz will be seeing patients aged 65 and over, his comprehensive exam includes Geriatric Assessment, Medicare Annual Wellness Visit, Memory Screening Assessment Gait and Balance Assessment.
Dr. Baruch Kassover, maintained a very popular practice in the Long Island area for many years. He has served in a
variety of capacities in Maimonides Medical Center and Long Beach Medical Center. Dr Baruch Kassover is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the NY College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr Baruch Kassover is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
Dr. David Krohn, Dr. Krohn's broad experience includes serving as clinical instructor of medicine at Harvard Medical School for 35 years. He was likewise affiliated with Brigham and Women's Hospital in Brookline as well as Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston. Dr. Victor Newman, has served as an attending Emergency Room physician at prestigious medical centers including Staten Island University Hospital and Maimonides Medical Center. He was the Assistant Director of Emergency Medicine at Parkview Hospital in Philadelphia, and was on the Quality Assurance team at Maimonides. His expertise includes an unusually broad scope of experience as well as the unique perspective of a veteran Emergency Room physician.
Dr. Shana Shoulson, came to CHEMED with
almost 15 years of Family Practice experience in a variety of settings. She
received her medical degree from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School
and is Board Certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Shoshana Bacon received her bachelor's degree from Yeshiva University and is a cum laude graduate
of Technion American Medical School in Haifa, Israel. Her experience includes providing medical care to
patients at the Jacobi Medical Center - Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where she was the first-ever
recipient of the Resident of the Month Award. A former member of Jacobi Medical Center's Hospital
Leadership Committee and Patient Experience Committee, Dr. Bacon is now applying her expertise and
professionalism to providing personalized care for CHEMED's patients.
Rochel Dombroff, PA-C, MHA, PA Dombroff joined CHEMED with almost ten years of experience in Emergency Medicine as well as private practice experience in Internal Medicine and Women's Health. She is a graduate of Touro College's Physician Assistant Program and received her Masters of Health Administration from University of Maryland University College. PA Dombroff is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Society for Emergency Medicine Physician Assistants.
Physician Assistant – PA Kronglas, RPA – C, received her degree from Touro College School of Health Sciences. She is Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
Krupa Patel, PA-C, MPAS -PA Patel came to CHEMED from the private practice setting. Her areas of expertise include Pediatrics and Hematology/Oncology. A Board certified Physician's Assistant, PA Patel is a graduate of Philadelphia University.
Leah Shaffren, RPA - C - PA Shaffren graduated Touro College's School of Health Sciences and is a Board Certified Physician's Assistant. She came to CHEMED from the private practice and Hospital settings.
